Can we apply our visa at Singapore but fly at Malaysia?
My friend and I are currently studying in Singapore (Student Pass Holder,Malaysian) , we are having our intern in China on March 2016. The company are helping us to get the entry permit but i just want to double confirm can I fly from Malaysia to China with the entry permit applied in Singapore.
