Is there Tourism Special Buses from Shanghai to Xitang on weekdays?Is recommended to buy in advance?

I think the best way to take the bus from Shanghai South railway station to Xitang. It departs from 07:10 to 17:45 with total 12 buses. The ticket only cost CNY32.
