SPECIAL PERMIT

My wife and I are visiting Xinjiang in June 2025. We plan to visit Nalati Grassland. Understand a Special Permit is required to visit Nalati Grassland. How do we apply for this Special Permit? Where do we go to apply for this Special Permit? Cost to apply for this Special Permit? Appreciate your reply to this matter.

As I know, Nalati Grassland is in Xinyuan County where the permit is not needed for foreigners.
