About:Chinese Consulate in Manchester

Will the Manchester Chinese Consulate be open for me to collect my visa on the 5th of February?

I know the Chinese public holiday is close to that date.

Yes, you can collect it on the 5th of February. The CVASC center in Manchester will be closed on February 8th and 9th.
