About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Applying for a Mainland China visa.

Thank you for your information!

I am a British citizen studying in Taipei on a six month Scholarship. I am planning to visit friends in Fuzhou for the Spring Festival. Is it possible to apply for a tourist type from the consular office in Hong Kong without having the HK resident card?

Arzhia, I think it's possible to apply for an L type entry permit from HK. Or you can hire a travel agency in Taipei to apply it for you.
