About:Wuhan Train Schedule

First or second class

What is the difference between first class and second class train in China? As for traveling from Yichang East to Hankou, would you recommend me to use first or second class? Thank you.

Second Class Seats have five seats in a row, and First Class Seats have four. Second Class price is the lowest among all high speed classes, so it is the most popular and most frequently used. The fare for the First Class is about 20% to 40% higher than second class. Since it is a short trip from Yichang East to Wuhan [Hankou], there is no much price difference between the two classes. Thus, you can experience the First Class for this trip.

Thanks Jason. I noticed that the difference is 3 dollars. We are 3 persons in my group, so the difference will be 9 dollars. Thanks again.
