ReplyNo. There is no special Old Age Transportation Card in this city. Only Chinese people over 65 years old can apply for Senior Citizen Certificate. And they can enjoy the free public bus by showing this certificate. So I'm afraid that foreigners cannot enjoy free or discount policies.10Reply
