arrival via Cruise into Shanghai, 2 nights hotel then fly out to New Zealand. transit visa ok?

ReplyNo. This falls under 24-hour transit available to all nationalities. If you want to use the other TWOV than you MUST be arriving / departing by plane.00Reply -
