About:Chinese Embassy in Brazil

Do I need to apply for a visa as an American or Brazilian?

If I live in the US, can I apply as a Brazilian? I hold dual citizenship (American and Brazilian) and have both passports.

Larissa, you can apply for it either as an American or Brazilian.
If you apply as a Brazilian, you need to provide proof to prove your legal stay in USA such residence permit, work permit, or valid entry permit.
