Is VOA 3days visit of Zhuhai available for French passport holders at Gongbei ?

Dear, I’m afraid the 3-day VOA in Zhuhai is not available for French passport holders. You should apply for relevant visa to enter PRC in advance.1

What about Malaysian? Checked online that the 3 days VOA is applicable for us but just to re-confirm on this! we can do it on the spot rite?
