About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

need china visa for business.

hi, one of my relative has a chinese entry permit but it's expired, he is business man he went PRC several time. he hold a Yemen passport, before he took the PRC entry permit in sana'a PRC embassy. now he is in hargeysa Somalia, so he need the PRC entry permit for business but can't come in djibouti please he can send his passport and i can apply it for him. i am hassan Mahamoud work at us Embassy djibouti.

Hassan, he can't send you the application materials and entrust you to the application for him because he is not in Djibouti now. BTW, is the PRC embassy in Somalia closed now? If so, he should go to the nearby countries to apply for the business entry permit.
