I will be on a transfer in Shanghai from Seoul with China Eastern Airlines to Kastrup with SAS. I think I have to take out the luggage and relogin to SAS. Can I do that in international transfer and how long time do I need.

Well, your luggage will be delivered to your final destination directly. You needn't claim it at PVG. Generally speaking, you need to 2 hours to transfer from T1 to T2. You can catch the flight. Don't worry.
