Using M visa to visit Mainland China

I have a 10-year valid M type due to my last business trip to PRC. Do I need to apply for a separate tourist L type if I want to enter there for vacation?

Ava, you don't need to get a separate L type entry permit. In fact, if you apply for the L type, your 10-year M type will be cancelled. So it's better not to apply for the L type. You can use the M type for travel during your vacation.
