and What time is OCT water show start ?

Do you refer to OCT Bay Water Show, right? There are located at different places. You can see the show at OCT Bay near OCT East Station of metro Luobao Line. The show is scheduled at 20:00 every day, and closed on Monday. You need to pay CNY 120 for it. :)
