About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Oh, first of all, only Airport Express Passengers can enjoy free shuttle bus service.

I don't understand the requirements to be a free passenger. Will having an airline ticked do?

Yes, you are right. Only airport express passengers can take the free shuttle bus. Passnegers need to show both the airport ticketand the AE ticket when they taking the bus. If you do not have the ticket for AE, I’m afraid you cannot enjoy the free shuttle bus.
