International flight to domestic flight at Baiyun Airport

Hello,i am an international traveler. I will be reaching Guangzhou airport from Dubai at 21:45. My next flight to Changsha is at 23:50. Is 2hours good enough time to catch my next flight after going through all airport procedures of customs, baggage pick up and next check in?
