About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travel on 72hr Visa Transit

Can I do the following on the 72hour free transit...From UK > Hong Kong, then from Hong Kong to Beijing, Beijing To Guangzhou, Guangzhou to Hong Kong?

Starting 2nd March (land in Beijing) - 5th March (back in Hong Kong)

Also can we only fly? Can we not get train?

Rishi, if you want to use the 72 hour free transit, you can only transit in one mainland Chinese city; and the 72 hour policy is merely applicable to those flight passengers. You should apply for a relevant entry permit in advance of your trip.
