Visa Expire

Hi,
I'm a foreigner staying with my wife in China, my Q2 one year multiple entry permit will expire the 17th of March 2016. My question is, can I go for a visa run and obtain another 90 day stay before my Q2 expire.
I intend to do the following:
Q2 expire 17 March 2016 (multiple entry 90 day stay)
Visa run 14 March 2016
Return to PRC 15 March 2016 for another 90 day stay.
