About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

Is Chicago Chinese consulate office open this Martin Luther King day, January 18, 2016?

I don't see the day being listed as holiday in Chicago consulate website but I see it listed in New York Chinese consulate website.

Dear, according to the holiday arrangement of 2016 issued by the consulate general, it’s open on that day.
