Can u please provide with list of documenst required for a multipe entry visa application ?

Dear, may I know which type you want to apply? If you want to apply for a tourist L type, the required documents include:
1. the filled-out application form with a passport-sized color photo glued,
2. your passport and copy of its data page, as well as
3. round trip air tickets and accommodation booking record.
4. copy of the previous entry permits to PRC (if any)
If it’s your first time to apply for PRC entry permit with multiple entries, I think it’s very hard.
