and if my wife put Husband name on her id card  instead of father name but not change her full name then is it ok?and about attestation China embassy how many days will take for it and how they will attest it?

Dear, personally, that will be okay. It usually takes for 5 working days for the attestation. You need to submit the attestation application form, the marriage certificate notarized by the Ministry of Pakistan Foreign Affairs, your passport and other documents required by the consular officers.
