Sufficient layover for plane transfer from T2 to T1 at Hong Kong Airport

Can I make a flight from United located in T2 - N to PAL in T1 - G with a 1.5 hours layover?

To be honest, the 1.5h layover is limited. You are advised to reissue the flight ticket in advance.
