About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

is there sufficient time for transit

departing from singapore to Urumqi, transit at guangzhou within 1 hour 45 minute. is there sufficient time to clear immigration for transit from guangzhou to urumqi?

It is tight, but doable. In general, if you travel on a single ticket (free from fears of plane arriving late - airline responsibility), this should be enough time to accomplish all the formalities and here I would advise you to fill out Chinese arrival card online (through official site of National Immigration Administration) for a more efficient and faster movements within Guangzhou airport.
