Refund of Student Visa X2

Hi, I recently purchased a student X2 type from Melbourne Australia, however i will not be able to travel to China by the 'enter before date' stated on the purchased X2. Am i able to get a refund?

Peter, as far as I know, you are unable to get a refund.
