About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I use the 72 hours free visa???

I am holding US passport and I travel from Korea to Hong Kong and after 4 days there I fly into Shanghai Pudong for 65 hours.
Then I fly from Shanghai Pudong to Korea.
