Hi. I was born 12 July 1991. I'm thinking of leaving my current job and go seek another career path.

It is a major decision for me, considering everything. Is it advisable? Thanks!

Oh, if your company is good and you can expect more improvements in the current position, it is suggested not to change a job soon. Stick with the job, and you may make achievements. If your company is just so so, job changing should be done in the second half of 2016.
