My family of 4 adults will arrive at capital airport on the wee hours on 23 Feb.2016 from Malaysia.

It will be around 1 am morning by the time we leave the airport and make our way to Howard Johnson Paragon Hotel at downtown Beijing.
1. What would be the best mode of transport to get to the hotel from the airport and the charges involved?
2. How would the weather be considering we will be there for a 4-night stay, any particular clothing to bring along which are more suitable than the others?
