Shuttle Bus between Xidan and Capital Airport

Is there a free shuttle bus into Beijing Xidan from BCIA, for those in transit with a confirmed onward seat?

I'm afraid there is no free bus. Shuttle bus line 2 connects the two places and the fare is 24RMB per person.
