my brother in law is on work visa zit expires on 7/4/2016

he is planning to come visit his home country due to personal circumstances in start of March and will be back after 7/4/2016, can he apply for his extension more than 30 days before so he gets his extension or get a fast track visa in a day or two and after that he leaves for his home country?

Aman, I advise him to contact the local exit and entry administration office and see if he can renew his residence permit more than 30 days before the expiry date. You know, things are different in different cities and provinces. Only the officers there have the final say.
