Hi Amir, you can first write your mother an invitation letter and send her a photocopy of your passport and residence permit. Then ask your mother to prepare the following documents, including her passport, a copy of the passport's data page, a filled-out application form, a passport size photo, and a photocopy of your birth certificate which should be notarized and authenticated by the Foreign Affairs Ministry. Then your mother need to go to the embassy and apply for an S type. If she visits for a short term, the S2 type is enough. If she wants to stay for more than 6 months, she need to apply for an S1 type.
