Afghan Passport holder, getting a Chinese Z-Visa in Macau

Hello there, I am an Afghan passport holder and I want to know if I am eligible to get a Chinese Z-Visa from Macau ???
Please I need this urgently !!!!!!

I am afraid not if you don't have long-term resident permit there.

By long term residence permit, you mean Macau's long term residence permit right? Because we can get a voa for 30 days on arrival, wouldn't that be enough ?

Yeah, what I meant is the long-term residence permit of Macau. I’m afraid the VOA is not enough.
