tour hongkong after using ferry to sky pier

hi,I am taking a ferry from Shenzhen fuyong to skypier-HKIA in the morning. my flight out of HKIA is the same day evening at 1900hrs in cathay pacific. can I go out of HKIA once I reach sky pier and then return in the evening before flight time. I don't need my checked in luggage
