Is there any rule in China that internet bill must be paid at 1st of any month?

Shaista, it's monthly bill. If you run out of the money in your account this month, then it's likely that your internet service will be cut off from the first day of next month. So if you use monthly internet service, then you'd better pay on the first day of every month.0
