Around what time period were grapes, clover, walnuts, carrots, peppers, etc. introduced to China?

Brooke, grapes, walnuts and carrots should be introduced during the Western Han Dynasty, to be precise, after Zhang Qian discovered the Silk Road. However, pepper came at the end of the sixteenth century.
