About:Shenzhen North Railway Station

Going to guangzhou from Shenzhen north

the only problem is that I do not know where is the ticket counter I mean on which floor? and is it the same floor from which I should catch the train?

The are ticket office on both second and third floor. You can find them by following the sign there.
