About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

USA citizen living in South Korea under E2 Visa

Hi,
I'm traveling to Thailand and have a long layover in China (15 hours), will I need to apply one to leave the airport and go sightseeing during that time?

Giselle, you can leave the airport during your transit time and you may be required to apply for a temporary stay permit at the airport.
