About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hour-visa free transit approval

I own a South Korean passport. If I have a flight from Laos to Beijing to South Korea, and want to stay in Beijing for 50hrs, can I get permission for 72 hour free transit?
I'm asking because it is a flight going back to my home country.
