Collection of Train Tickets in Beijing for Departure in a different Province and Date

Hi,

I have bought the K3 Trans Mongolian ride from Beijing to Russia in mid June 2016 rom TravelChinaGuide and also intend to buy a K1302 from Manzhouli to Beijing for departure in early July 2016.

When I reach Beijing in June 2016, is it possible to collect the K1302 trip from the Beijing railway station even though the departure is from Manzhouli and the date is 3 weeks away?
