About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

connecting flight need transit visa

im here in hongkong i need to travel to Dubai i have confirmed ticket but i have 12hrs transit in mainland china do i need transit entry permit for connecting flight? pls help

Fatima, no, you don’t need it because you can enjoy direct transit.

Im just worried because travel agency in manila told me that i need transit permit and an invitation.. so confused.. my flight from from hongkong to dubai but i have to stop in mainland china for 12hrs to wait the airplane going to dubai. 😞

So you fly from Hong Kong to mainland and leave for Dubai within 24 hours? I do think you have access to the 24-hour direct transit policy and it's not necessary to apply for the entry permit.
