About:China Work Visa
I am a student and my wife has spouse visa. For me to change to work Z type do we both leave?

ReplyDan, it depends. If you can change your X type to Z type directly at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB, both of you don’t need to leave.
If you cannot do it in PRC, you need to exit, but your wife doesn’t need to leave.00Reply
