Maliya, I personally think it's possible but it's not assured that you can get a 90-day entry permit. Anyway, you can have a try.

Maliya, in principle, if your application is refused, you need to wait for 3 months and then re-apply. But if you know why your first application is not approved and make full preparation for the re-application, it’s worth a try, while I cannot tell you for sure it will work or not.
