About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

enrty visa for china

i am leaving a cruise ship at shanghai terminal and going directly to pudong airport to fly home to australia do i need a entry permit? Michael

Hi Michael, if you enter from a country which is different from Australia, you can use the 24-hour direct transit policy so that the entry permit is not required. To leave the dock, you should apply for a temporary stay permit upon arrival.
