Shanu, do you apply from Sri Lanka? If yes, the following documents are required, including a passport valid for at least six months, a photocopy of the passport's info page, a properly filled application form, a passport size personal photo, the original and photocopy of stay permit or residence permit in the country, and an invitation letter from a company in PRC.
