legal issues for rabbit

I was born in September 18 1963.
I have questions regarding legal issues I am struggling with:
I was injured in a public place and was promised that the hospital bill will be paid but eventually it was denied by the insurance company. I have to sue them in small claim court. What would be my chance to win?

I am also waiting to hear about resolution for property after divorce. The hearing was in 11/15

And lastly, is there any concern for legal issues regarding my rental properties?
