this year has brought much miscommunication, disagreements, depression. Most recently I started having difficulties at work, I am concerned about legal issues at my job. I am planning on looking for a new job as a result. Please let me know if this is wise during this year?

Instead, you should learn to be tolerant. July and August are your lucky months. You should make efforts in these two months. Perhaps, things will be much better as you expected.
