Can I purchase G train ticket Shanghai to Beijing at PVG ticket office?

Well, according to the rule, overseas passengers can only buy ticket at railway stations. But some ticket office outside the station do not follow the rule strictly and will issue the ticket.
You may try at the PVG ticket office. If failed, you can only go to any of the railway stations to get one.1
