About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Can the M Visa holder apply for Temporary Residence Permit?

I have setup a company in China and will be visiting frequently. I plan to get a M type for the start and also to apply for Temporary Residence Permit to minimize travel in & out. Can I do that since the M type limit the staying period per entry? Thank you.

Stanley, if you hold business M type to enter PRC, there is no such kind of temporary residence permit for you to apply for. In fact, you can apply for a work Z type and then you can acquire the residence permit because you have your own business in PRC. It will be more convenient.
