What is the best mode of transport to go from Ningbo to Shanghai and how?

You are advised to take high-speed train from Main Railway Station. The train schedules are from 07:11 to 22:08. It takes 1 to 1.5 hours on the way. The ticket fare of second class seat is CNY144 and first class seat is CNY237.
