Another question re Bullet train from Hangzhou to Hongqiao

Do I need to book seats on the shuttle bus to take us from the Hangzhou airport to Hangzhou east railway station, or is this bus a service bus provided for airline customers. There are two of us with one port each.

For the shuttle bus, you need to buy the ticket after your arrival at Hangzhou airport on spot instead.
