Suggest for itinenary in Hong Kong

Hi, I plan to visit HK. Pls suggest for me the itenanery for arrival on 31st dec at 13.00 and go back on 3rd jan 2016.

Dec. 31: Disneyland Resort
Jan. 1: Npong Ping 360- Tsim Sha Tsui & A Symphony of Lights
Jan. 2: Ocean Park- The Peak
Jan. 3: Sky 100 - Central& Lan Kwai Fong
